Hi,
You might change your hot spot key to something other than down arrow. Use the
same parameters, but change your hot spot hot key to something like
shift-enter, control-shift-enter etc.

Subject: Hotspot App and Cursoring

Hi,

I have created a hotspot that I want to execute when I press a cursor key. The
hotkey for this hotspot is the same as the cursor key, namely down arrow. The
first thing it does is insert a key, which is the cursor key of down arrow.
After this there are a number of hotkey executions.
The problem is that when I save the hotspot and then attempt to use it, it just
loops. the hotke executions in the hotspot try to work, but the resulting
speech gets interrupted over and over in a feedback loop and the cursor key
never does get executed at all, so the cursor doesn't move. Here are the
Hotspot details:

Name: Read Next Verse

Hotkey: down arrow

Actions:

Insert Key down arrow

mouse to focus

find string two spaces

mouse beginning of line

top to mouse

Is there a way to execute a hotspot upon pressing a cursor key so that the
cursor key works and then the hotspot executes?
