Some sites open a new window when you enter on a result. I have never used that site, so I don't know how it behaves. But you might have needed to try a different tab in Firefox, or if you were through with your result, hit ctrl-W, which only closes the tab you are in. Of course, if this is the only tab, ctrl-W closes the whole browser.

Subject: WE, Firefox & Duckduckgo Question

This may not be a WE issue,, so feel free to e-mail me off list. Was
using the search engine Duckduckgo, while in Firefox. I clicked on one
of the results, but was unable to return to the Duckduckgo results page.
I tried back space, and alt-left arrow but neither worked. Not sure
if this always happens, or if it only happens when I use Firefox, or if
it depends on when I am in certain sites. Hmm, it just occurred to me I
could try alt-shift-tab. OK, disregard this e-mail (smile).
