To show the Bcc field, open a new message to compose, Use Alt P to open the Options ribbon, then tab a few times until you hear Show Fields BCC. Hit enter on that button to make BCC fiels show. For the other part of your question, it could be that you have Message Virtualization in Window Eyes enabled. This is the best format if you get messages with fancy table formatting in the, such as from facebook. However, if you want to disable it, you should be able to hit Shift Alt V while in your Outlook inbox. We will say Message Virtualization enabled or disabled. If you can't get the keystrokes to work, use control backslash to open the WE control Panel. Hit Alt A to open the apps menu and arrow down to Outlook Enhance. Arrow right to open the submenu, then down to Message Virtualization.
