Hi Richard, Try pressing Control-Shift-I; this should focus the inbox and get you out of browse mode in the main Outlook window. Also, note that you must use Control-tab or F6 to jump from the folder tree to the message list. Add the Shift key to go backwards, or press the above keystrokes to circle round.
