Reg, You do not need SONAR Enhance any longer. To have Window-Eyes read the track information automatically, add "EnableCWAccess=1" to the "misc" section of wineyes.ini (found in your WE profile folder), and restart both WE and SONAR.
Note we currently don't have SONAR to test with. If you are still unable to read the track information after making the change to wineyes.ini then I will file a bug with our engineers.
