Or, are you asking how to get to the Settings tree? If so, press Alt-E. Then scroll to the setting category you want, tab through the choices, and save it all with Ctrl-S as suggested.
And, just for yours and other user's help, open the WE controlpanel with Ctrl-Backslash.
