What you should do is press tab or shift tab until you find save
or open and that should do it. ...pretty easy.

You've probably received answers for this already, but, if you
haven't,
you can either press f6 until you get to the dialog box that says
save
or open or you can use the key combination alt plus n and see if
that
works. When you get there, just tab to save or open and press
enter or
maybe the space bar will work.
