A better solution, do you have the installer for your custom app? If you copied the bad profile into the good, the good would be bad. Chris

I was able to log into a different Administrator window profile and have WE come up but my custom app for this particular program did not come up under that profile. How can I copy my "Working" we and apps over to another windows profile? That way I can use the custom app under that user to see if the "Shannon" profile is corrupted in some way?
