Or, open the VoiceRotor app Control panel, by hitting Ctrl-Win-F2, and select it from the dropdown list there. Benefit hereof, is that you quickly can switch between it and say for instance Eloquence, or any other synth on your system, by simply one hotkey: Win-F2. The VoiceRotor app is standard by newer flavors of WE, far as I remember, so you should have it right there, ready for your convenience.
