try pressing shift control w twice. even this does not always work.
try alt tabbing away and back to the dialog
sometimes you have to try to move the mouse over the dialog contents to read
it.
you will find many places where w e will not talk. not even with narrator or
nvda.
and by the way you can press windows enter to turn narrtor on and off.

Subject: Windows 10 Help
Hi,
I purchased an Acer with Windows 10 yesterday. Trying to get familiar with how
things work. The one issue I'm having is that Window-Eyes doesn't seem to be
reading everything on the screen. I'll get to a dialog box with a yes or no
button but I can't read what it is I'm to respond to. Is there some setting I
need to change?
The other question I have pertains to Thunderbird. I've decided to give it a
try. I did manage to download the program. I'm in Canada and use a bell dot
net email account. However, I get the message that my account can't be verify.
I'm sure that I'm entering the right credentials. Is it because bell.net isn't
recognized by this email client?
Starting to get frustrated so any advice would be very much appreciated.
Lee
