does w e speech work in safe mode with windows 10?
i have the safe mode option checked in the windows enhanced app but i don't
have speech yet in safe mode. it works with windows 7 on the same computer.
i found a command prompt command to bring back the old safe boot menu that
windows 7 has useing f8 key but when i boot in safe mode this way there is no
w e speech.
