Dave, Yes, you can save your messages. There is a sent messages folder. If you are in the in box where your messages are listed, press shift-tab one time and you should hear folders tree view. Down arrow to sent. Tab one time to see the messages in that folder. Hope it helps.

This is an odd question.  When Sending email using Windows Live Mail, is
there any way to Save a copy of the Email Sent?

In other mail programs, there is usually a folder for Sent mail, but I
am not seeing one in Windows Live Mail.    Is there one?  And if so,
where do I find it, or flip a switch to have one?
