I have had the same issue only with Thunderbird. I have sent in
numerous Error reports and was told by the AI Squared staff that the
error messages were blank. Every time this happens the message did get
sent. And as it has been many times before I was told I was the only
user with the problem.

control+alt+w to restart window-eyes. When window-eyes restarted, it brought
up a error reporting dialog and I pressed enter on the send error report
