Carol, Any chance you use the Windows High Contrast color scheme? I do and I find that the font color can get messed up by that. I would often have yellow font printing on white paper. Chip Orange wrote a WE app for me that allows me to select all the text and tell it to be black in one shot, so I don't have to wonder before sending an email to executives or such.
