Hello,

You need to open this type of document in a web browser and not in word. Once you do it should read fine.

Dear List:

I have the latest window-eyes with windows ten and using internet explorer.

I realize that PDF documents can be in an image format. Can this also be
true for documents with an extension of HTM? I was sent some HTM documents
and tried to read them using office 2007. When I hit enter on a document,
nothing happens. I can then tab to where it says Open and enter again. I
get a document that I can move in with browse mode, but, nothing is in
there. Could this be an image document that I could read with Kurzweil or
Openbook, similar to an image PDF document? Thanks for any ideas. Regards:
Ted Larson
