Hi David, It should work fine as it does on my system. First, as mentioned by another lister, you would install the Office 2016 set files from Factory Settings. Second, install the Office Enhanced app, even if previously installed, and you can just install right over the existing installation. Third, as with the Office Enhanced app, right over top, install the Outlook Enhanced app. Fourth, reboot, since this is a must. After the the reboot, go to your inbox using Control-Shift-I to properly focus it, just in case you get stuck in a web view. Note also that, with new versions of Outlook, you must use F6 and Shift-F6 or Control-Tab and Control-Shift-Tab to navigate between the folder tree and the message list, not Tab and Shift-Tab.

I made sure office 2007 was completely uninstalled and ran both the links for office enhance and outlook enhance that Chris sent to me but still the same thing is said and I do not know if the message is read, unread, forwarded, ETC. Can anyone help me out before I get totally desperate and delete Office 2016 and go back to 2007? Thanks in advance.
