I've never been able to figure out how to employ CC. When I'm writing a e-mail message, and I'm in the "to" field, I pressed shift tab, and it says to pulldown combox closed. I then arrowed down and it says CC combox closed. Am I correct in assuming that the combo box has to be opened?
