Hi Linette. Copngratulations on making the big leap to Windows 10; you won't regret it and I can help you a lot in a couple of days, when we're finally moved down to Charlotte.

>Windows 10, latest WE I thought that I had set Firefox as my default browser, but Win 10 keeps wanting me to use Edge and Internet Explorer.
>How do I change this, or is it best to call the accessibility number?

If you type "default" into Cortana, you should get a match for Default Apps in the control panel. Open that by pressing enter. On the first screen, you'll get a list of your current defaults: email, maps, media player and browser. You can press enter on any of these and tab around for buttons to select any installed programs for that default. Elsewhere in that same dialogue, you can set defaults by ap, file type or protocol, but those dialogues are more involved. See how far this gets you.
Peace to you,
Orlando
