This may not be relevant to this list, and it seems like a rather small 
matter.  I often use Windows t to cycle through my open windows (yeah I 
know I can also use alt-tab) followed by pressing the left or right 
arrows.  As of today, the process is reversed.  Normally Windows t 
defaults to my Internet Explorer and WE says either Internet Explorer or 
whatever website I am on, let's say, gwmicro.com.  But now, when I press 
the left arrow key, WE cycles between saying gwmicro.com and "running 
applications (this used to happen when I pressed the up and down arrow 
keys).  However, if I press the up and down arrow keys, it seems to 
work, and I can go to a different open window.  I'm just curious why it 
switched and if this is something which should concern me.
