Hi Matthew, In the Cortana search box, type:
Devices And allow the results to populate. Then, when Devices and printers appears, press Enter to open the list of devices and printers on your system. Arrow down to your printer, and then you can either use the Application key or Shift-F10 to pop up options for it, or press Enter when it is selected to manage it, one of the possibilities being to stop all print jobs, and this can be done from the standard menu from within the printer's dialog. I hope this helps, Rod -----Original Message----- From: Talk [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Matthew Chao via Talk Sent: Saturday, December 17, 2016 4:11 PM To: Window-Eyes Discussion List <[email protected]> Subject: Clearing the Printer Spool in Windows 10 Hi, Folks. I forgot that I was printing out a whole document instead of one page. Now, my printer's printing out more than I want. How do I clear the print spool in Windows 10? Put another way, how do I stop the document from printing out the rest of the document which is several hundred pages long? By the way, we're talking about an ink/laser printer, not an embosser. Thanks in advance.--Matthew Chao _______________________________________________ Any views or opinions presented in this email are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of Ai Squared.
