Control-shift 5 will give you a list view, all in one column. Control-shift
6 will give you a column list you can arrow down through with details of
size and date. If you want the original icon viewback, press control 3 for
medium icons.
This view may be necessary when you want to rename a shortcut, for example.

Subject: how to get desktop shortcuts in single column
Hi. I am sorry, but I forgot the steps to get all the desktop
shortcuts into a single column so I could just useup and down arrows.
I have it working on one computer, but not another one.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
