Having only 2 Gb of RAM is your real problem. It's the bare minimum for 64 bit Windows which is really not enough in the real world. So your system will be constantly caching data on your hard drive and retrieving other data back into memory.

In Malware Bytes under Settings, Advanced settings, I checked Reduce priority of scans to improve multi-tasking.

I also excluded all Window-Eyes folders under Settings, Malware exclusions.

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\GWMicro
