Did they really?

I am sure that on occasions, the list which was set up by GW Micro distracted staff and management from the real job in hand, but it would seem unlikely that they would disrespect paying customers (as some of us still are) by describing behaviours as whining!


Right now: there are serious issues facing Window-Eyes and VFO customers who own Window-Eyes. People who have tried to raise these serious issues on the list established by Doug, Dan et al are not whiners - they (we) have legitimate, unresolved concerns and questions which should be acknowledged and answered.

Let's get real; the sighted community has complaints as well.  That's why there 
are bug fixes and software updates!
