Put the SD card in the slot.  Know what the Drive letter that is
assigned to that card, such as E:, or F:, or G: etc.  

Go to the Download folder and open it to see the files in it.  

Arrow down to the file you want on the SD card.  

Press Shift-F10.

Then arrow down till you get to SEND To and press the Right Arrow key.

Now down arrow until you land on the drive that is the SD card.  Now
press the Enter Key.    this will move a copy of the file to the SD card.
