addresses on this list are hidden, so I didn't have Rod's address to
which I could send a private message.
Rod, as you are into scripting, I wonder whether you have ever
considered scripting a wonderful and very comprehensive file renamer
called "Bulk rename utility" available from
http://www.bulkrenameutility.co.uk .
It talks reasonably well with Window-eyes, but it is rather confusing if
one wishes to use its more exotic renaming functions.
If at all interested, please give it a look and tell me what you think.
