Hi David, Select the message in your Deleted items folder, press the Applications key or Shift-F10, then press M for Move and then you'll get a list of folders you've previously moved messages to, and one option down the list is Other, the shortcut being O, and this wil pop up a dialog of folders you can move messages to in a tree view, through which you can pick a folder.
