Window-Eyes does not offer language packs.
Do you own a license for an English version, your Window-Eyes will be all in English. Should you want any other language, you will have to install a language-.specific license, and that in effect means, you have to buy a brand new product. Or, if you are running the free office-version of WinEyes, you will have to download and install (from scratch) a locale version of the screen reader. Sum it all up, you CANNOT install any additional languages for your Window-Eyes installation. Once it is installed in one language, you can't change that, unless you want to reinstall with a locale version. As to the languages supported, I do believe there should be a list available on the download site for the screen reader.
