Go to http://www.gwmicro.com/Support/Knowledge_Base/
just enter the number or put GW before KB. I checked and they are both there.

Subject: how do I find knowledge base articles

  Dear List:

How do I find the knowledge base articles such as kb2043 and kb2044? I went
to gwmicro.com and put those letters and numbers in the search box, but it
said no results found. Thanks. Regards: Ted Larson
