I have not tested it lately. But its reputation has been that it was
inaccessible for Windows screen readers. I would stick to IE or Firefox.

Subject: using Safari web browser for Windows with Window-Eyes
Hi Everyone:
Someone just told me about a version of the Safari for
Windows browser. Have any of you ever tried using it with Window-Eyes? If
so, is it accessible? and Where can I obtain a copy. Thanks. Oh and in
regards to the other posts about Window-Eyes, I hope that our beloved screen
reader will somehow pull through this mess.To this day, I still remember my
very first official copy of Window-Eyes. It was version 3.1. No, make that
3.2. It was back in the day, when we'd insert the CD, and within a matter of
moments, we'd get a verbal greeting from a very fast talking perfect Paul.
