http://www.ascendis.com/ When I bought it a few years back, I wrote to the developer and he gave me a half-off coupon code when I told him I was blind. One note about this software is that the developer has a list of hardware devices he has tested to work with his software. PC telephony is a tricky area, and so either something works or it doesn't and so you need the correct pieces if you want success.
