I use Windows 7 and current version of Internet Explorer with current
version of Window-Eyes. My puzzle is this:
When I go to an Amazon webpage for a product on my work computer it
is displayed as I expect it. It's a very long page with various
headings, edit fields for product searching, customer questions and
customer reviews.
But, recently, when I go to the identical URL with my home computer I
get a very different display of the webpage content. There are no
headings, only one edit field for product searching and only basic
information related to the product. It is similar to what I would
expect from a mobile version of the webpage.
Does anyone have an idea of how I can get back the larger and more
complete version displayed? Could it be an IE setting that changed?
I have searched Amazon accessibility help with no success to see if
it might happen to be an Amazon account setting.
Thanks,
Jeff
