Hi Don, If you're having trouble because you're opening the PDF from a folder, try opening Adobe reader first, and then open the file from within Adobe Reader by choosing the Open option from the File menu. This is a common experience I have, since the document doesn't seem to be detected and loaded properly by Window-Eyes unless Adobe Reader is already open.
