I have been able to replicate this on several different computers, though I haven’t been able to establish a patteron for when this happens. What I am seeing is that sometimes whenever I disconnect from a computer using Remote Desktop, the computer will crash shortly afterwards. I did see in the latest features info about 9.5.4, * If Window-Eyes was shut down during a Microsoft Remote Desktop session, the machine would crash. The core problem which relates to how the operating system handles the loading and unloading of Mirror drivers has been worked around. However, this is different from the issue I’m seeing. Another thing I’m seeing is that during an RDP session, Window-Eyes will sometimes freeze, preventing me from doing anything with it until I somehow manage the get the computer restarted. Have you guys had any reports of this odd behavior with WE and RDP? Thanks, Jonathan _______________________________________________ Any views or opinions presented in this email are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of Ai Squared.
