To change Search Engines in I.E. 11 do the following: Go to Tools in the Upper menu. use the Up arrow until you land on Options.
Press the Enter key. Start using the Tab Key until you can hear where you can type in the address of of what ever you wish as a Home Page. You might need to backspace out the old one and type in the new. Tab around until you get to OK and press Enter. What Search Engine do you use? I am using www.duckduckgo.com Which I find way less cluttered than Bing.
