Sorry, was focused upon the Security issue, and failed to give credit where credit is due. The instructions telling how to use the Chess Clock were written by someone else. Although, the style of writing instructions is very much like my own.
but these instructions were one of the files available after Un-Zipping the Excel file. I did write the Warning about the Security, but the actual instructions telling how to use the Timer was wonderfully done by someone else who chose not to sign their work.
