Since I am not a VFO employee I can't say anything definitive, but what
I can say with certainty is this. I am an employee of Saavi Services for
the Blind, and as of March 8, 2017, per a company statewide training
event, the general consensus of both our A.T (assistive technology)
department, and personnel associated with Digital Apex seems to be that
any future development of Window-eyes for all intents and purposes is
just for whatever reason not gonna happen. I'd love to be wrong about
that, because like I've said before on here, I have been a loyal user of
Gw Micro's products before Window-eyes was even a thing! Back when they
(and everybody else for that matter) were developing screen readers for
Dos! I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens. I for one am
not gonna give up on you Gw, not 'til the fight has officially ended.
Come on! You can do this! Dig deep! Way down deep! Breathe slow, clear
your head, remember your training and where you came from, and overcome
this! You may yet be able to pull out a win.
