Jay, I have been using Window-Eyes with windows 10 since the initial release of windows 10 and for the most part as long as you have the latest version of Winow-Eyes it appears to work fairly well. I am running a variety of software and with a few exceptions it works well. The exceptions don't appear to work with NVDA or Narator either. Give it a try.
