when you go to a link you can open a context menu and use send link. then the
email client will open and you can send a email to who ever you want to send it
too.
i do this with firefox because the option to send email with i e has always
been disabled. even though i have wlm set as the default email client in i e.
this is with win 7.

use shift enter on the google links. then you can close the window the sike is
in and go back to where you were in the google search page.

If its from the search field on google i just arrow down or press h for
headdings then when i find the link i want i just press enter on it.
And if you want to copy an address of a web site to email i press alt plus
letter d then just copy it with control c.
