HI TOM WOULD YOU MIND IF YOU EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT I SHOULD DO TO MAKE CERTAIN INCOMING EMAILS TO GO DIRECTLY TO A PARTICULAR FOLDER INSTEAD THEY GO IN THE INBOX WITH THE OTHER EMAILS PLEASE?

The quickest way to check is to open the Window-Eyes control panel and press F1. It should open the Window-Eyes manual. You can also try F6 in IE. It should go from the content window to the address bar. If these keys do something different or nothing you'll have to figure out how to get them back on your keyboard.
