Hi Rebecca,

In the current version of Outlook, F6 is the current keystroke for moving
between the treeview and listview, no matter which tab you're in, whether Email
or Calendar or Contacts.
I've explored the treeview within the Contacts tab of the current version of
Outlook since I'm running Office 365.
The long and short of the matter is that there's no Suggested contacts item and
so this article, in fact, doesn't apply to the current version of Outlook.
However, I still believe that, no matter when you send an email to someone,
either a new one or a reply, it ends up in your Contacts.

Take care,

Rod

Hi Rod,
I figured all those contacts must be there somewhere, smile, but never knew
how to get there, which sometimes caused frustration when the auto-complete
seemed to be having a mental lapse. I read the article, and it sounds
interesting, but have you tried it? I think the navigation pane needs to be
displayed, from just my first quick glance at the instructions, but mine is
turned off, as per instructions from Window-Eyes, if I remember correctly.
Since I'm having no issues, I hesitate to meddle. Call me a coward! LOL.
Can Window-Eyes read everything properly with this pane enabled? I
understand why a sighted person would want as much information displayed,
since it's all there in front of them, without the bother of tabbing, or
using f6 to change focus.

By default, everyone you write or reply to in Outlook goes into your
contacts.
Here's a page describing this feature.
It pertains to Outlook 2010, but I think it is relevant for the current
version:
