Hi Rebecca, In the current version of Outlook, F6 is the current keystroke for moving between the treeview and listview, no matter which tab you're in, whether Email or Calendar or Contacts. I've explored the treeview within the Contacts tab of the current version of Outlook since I'm running Office 365. The long and short of the matter is that there's no Suggested contacts item and so this article, in fact, doesn't apply to the current version of Outlook. However, I still believe that, no matter when you send an email to someone, either a new one or a reply, it ends up in your Contacts.
