Hey Listers, A big thanks for so many responses to my question regarding touch screens.
As it stands, right now, I am not quite ready to get serious about using an iDevice or any other at present. However, there is a chance that at some point that with the flux in the screen reading field, it might be an option for real investigation on my part.
I think it might be fun, not to mention a challenge to become comfortable using one of these devices, but I really get the feeling that I would ultimately cheat just a bit and use a bluetooth keyboard for any real composition, and most likely only use the touch screen for short texts, or in that circumstance, whatever text input scheme my chosen device makes available.
But anyway, it is good to hear all of your advice and observations on your use of these devices.
