Hello, Window-Eyes says, "An active internet connection is required to check for Window-Eyes updates. My internet service provider (ISP) is Verizon. Do I need to reinstall Window-Eyes to so that way it doesn't keep telling me that an active internet connection is required to check for WE updates?
