this usually happens if you change your windows desktop color theme. like from windows 7 to windows basic etc. look in control panel in sounds. look for the wineyes sounds from a list of options.
but when you find them you will have to search for the wineyes sounds in the
program files x86\gwmicro\wineyes folder
because these sounds are not in the windows\media folder where all the other windows sounds are stored.
we_startup.wav and we_shutdown.wav
