Hi. 

I know this might be a long shot, but if you have a substitute screen reader, 
like NVDA, jays, or System access, try uinstalling  and reinstalling 
Window-eyes. If you still have your product key, you should be able to reenter 
your activation licence, and that should take care of it, but I couldn't tell 
ya. I'm running a demo version on a windows vertual machine. But, give it a 
try, and see what you can do from there.
