because a running program is still associated with the set file you deleted.

Subject: Window-Eyes Error
I recently removed AVG from my computer in order to explore other antivirus
programs. As a result, I no longer needed the avg.set file I created. Thus, I
deleted it. Now, Window-Eyes tells me that the file is not a valid set file and
can’t be loaded. Of course, it is not valid because I deleted it. Why does
Window-Eyes still think I am trying to use the file? I am using WE 9.5.4 with
Windows 7 64-bit Pro.
