Hi Mark, Here's some of my notes:
Best, Rod How to configure Window-Eyes for use with Outlook First, you must install the set files for the most current version of Office or whatever version of Office you are using. This is done from the Factory Settings dialog, opened from the File menu within the Window-Eyes control panel. Indeed, Office 365 is the most accessible version of Office to use with any screen reader. At the time of this writing, Office 2016 is the most current version of Office, and it is the version included in Office 365. Then, install the Office Enhance app, and then the Outlook Enhance app, in this precise order. Even if the above two apps are already installed, you can reinstall them without uninstalling them. Note that a reboot is always required after installing the Outlook Enhance app. Next, make sure that the Outlook Enhance add-on isn't disabled within Outlook, as follows: >From the main Outlook window, press: alt-f, t, A twice, tab 4 times. Down arrow to disabled and tab to go and press enter. Next, arrow through, if something like Outlook Enhance is in the list, press space on it. Shift-tab to enable and press enter. Press Ok or close all dialogs you opened. Restart outlook. -----Original Message----- From: Talk [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Mark Cussons via Talk Sent: Tuesday, May 9, 2017 7:17 AM To: 'Window-Eyes Discussion List' <[email protected]> Subject: Re outlook 2010 settings HI All, Please can some one help me with a detailed steps on the outlook 2010 settings needed to ensure WE is as accessible as can be?
