Narrator has evolved quite a lot, including a responsive synthesizer,
in the last few years. Its keystrokes use the CapsLock as the
"Narrator key". I think that capslock-F1 brings up the list of over
100 keystrokes that Narrator has.
It's a very different program than the rest of the screen readers. I
think it would be most useful for diagnostics, and not for real-world
use. Narrator even supports braille displays now, through a modified
version of the BrlTTY program that is also used in Linux and
BrailleBack for Android.
