Hi there. I have a laptop that I use at work that won't load outlook 2016 messages in the browse mode buffer. It loads it as if it were a message to be typed in and thinks that there are a lot of tables and web fields. I have thelatest window-eyes with the latest version of the Outlook Enhanced app installed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office a few times, no luck. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the outlook enhanced add-in from Outlook, also no luck. I know I've run into this problem before but I can't remember how I fixed it in the past. I really don't want to uninstall window-eyes, but if I have to, I guess I'll have to, and start from scratch. That sucks because it would take me a good while to get the apps back to the settings I had them.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this issue? Maybe it's a simple fix that I'm overlooking?
