I agree. VFO was very prompt. The bittersweet for me is I was literally in the financial position to finish upgrading Window-Eyes and I no longer can. I would still purchase the remaining upgrades because I want to own a current standalone License of Window-Eyes. VFO still hasn't applied the update to my authorization which was for ahem! JAWS 11.
