Oddly enough, as I was reading this e-mail, I got a phone call from them
and said they'd be e-mailing me my codes in 2 or 3 days. So in my case,
they did confirm it with a phone call.

I replied, because I didn't think anyone had replied to you. Anyways, hopefully
you get your authorization number and serial number soon. I emailed them this
morning, and they emailed me back pretty quickly with the information I needed.
